Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or return. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back to us.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund; it being either approved or rejected.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There may be some time before the refund is posted as the processing time can take a while.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at Help@GoodbyeBlue.com - Due to current health concerns, we are unable to return or exchange opened products. Thank you for your understanding. 

    To return your product, please contact us at Help@GoodbyeBlue.com for the address of the closest warehouse shipping location.

    We are responsible for the shipping fee to buyer and buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on your location, it may take some time for your exchanged product to arrive.

    Returned Shipping Item
    We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance due to carrier mishaps.
